Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering including technical lead capacity • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) • Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies o Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based application deployments o Define and maintain ArgoCD application manifests, sync policies, and multi-cluster deployment strategies o Ensure declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application state management • Solid experience with Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestration • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) • Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR) • Working knowledge of Git branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based development) • Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery models • Strong troubleshooting skills across build, deployment, and runtime environments
Preferred/Nice-to-Have: • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AKS certification • Experience with service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid deployment models • Prior experience in large-scale client delivery/consulting environments
