Job Title: Tech Lead (Java/AWS)
Location: Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA (Candidates must be open to relocation, as the client may request assignment to another location.
Duration: 6 monthsRequired Skills & Experience - 11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
- Proven ability to lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
- Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
- Experience building enterprise authentication applications and collaborating with UX, Design, and Product teams.
- Strong focus on delivering functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
- Experience enforcing coding standards and participating in code reviews through Git workflows.
- Ability to optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
