Hiring for an UX researcher. 
Responsibilities for UX researcher
• Plan and facilitate ethnography/contextual sessions
• Plan and execute fast-paced usability testing
• Conduct online surveys and card sorts
• Report and analyze test findings into a clear format and deliver to larger multi-disciplinary team
• Participate in the development of schedules by providing estimates regarding individual research tasks
• Help educate the company and leadership on findings from tests
• Document and communicate research findings to team members and internal partners
• Participate in business and UI reviews with multi-disciplinary product teams
• Coordinating and conducting research sessions, including recruitment (sourcing and acquiring users for testing) and session scheduling
• Mentoring and assisting other members of the Experience Design team to run their own user research efforts
• Planning, developing and implementing research processes and strategies within an agile development cycle
• Help to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Qualifications for UX researcher
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Human Factor, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Information Sciences or related field
• Experience with various research methodologies
• Experience in researching Enterprise or IT systems a plus
• Proficient on userzoom.com
• Ability to work in fast-paced agile/SCRUM environment
• Work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects
