Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience who is highly proficient in Figma and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs while collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders.
• Design user-centric interfaces and workflows using Figma. • Work independently to own the end-to-end UX process, from concept to final design. • Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions. • Facilitate and participate in co-creation sessions to ideate and refine UI screens. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with attention to usability and consistency. • Ensure alignment between design solutions and business goals. • Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input. • Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems where applicable.
Must Have Skills: • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design. • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, business, engineering). • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in co-creation workshops or design thinking sessions. • Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
