• Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
• Unpack and verify received goods against purchase orders or invoices
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary
• Lift heavy items and operate a forklift as required
• Prepare and maintain shipment records, including weights and shipping charges
• Prepare goods for final shipment
• Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly production when needed
• Work within standard operating procedures and scientific methods under moderate supervision
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• English proficiency to maintain and promote safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive approach with good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures
