Title: Packaging Operator - Level 1 Location: St. Louis , MO Shift: TBD Duration: 6 months
Description: Primary Role Purpose : Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.
Educational Background High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college
Key Responsibilities:
Comply with and support the Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines. Perform specific task assigned by Packaging Leadership or designee.
Participate in RCA for deviations.
Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet departmen needs.
Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
