Title: TWA | Senior Analyst - Operational Excellence Duration: 6+ months Location: Phoenix, AZ, and NYC (True hybrid role in AZ or NYC - candidate must be onsite 3 days/week)
Description: The Senior Analyst in Operational Excellence will be responsible for program performance and program refinement which includes leading weekly/monthly program health updates with Business Units and LOBCO partners, performing analysis on BST questions approaching and currently in persistency, leading Business Conduct projects and initiatives, developing and designing BST Compendiums, measuring business partners’ behavior and performance, sharing best practices changed to standard processes to ensure consistency and success within the organization, ensuring alignment on various BST initiatives/topics between our 2nd line of defense by validating Business Self Testing and regulatory practices, and supporting business objectives within the US including the Business Conduct roll-out and continual evolution. This position will also be assisting in strategizing and optimizing business processes including control tests. The team member will work closely with Line of Business Compliance (LOBCO), GCO, GFE, and other team members within this organization in order to comply changed to align with internal standards, policies, and regulatory obligations.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Operational Excellence – Business Conduct US Performance in PHX.

Minimum Qualifications:
One to three plus years of experience working in Banking, Compliance, or Operational Conduct and Risk
Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills; demonstrated strong proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, with strong detail-orientation
Proven creative problem-solving capabilities with strong follow-up skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations
Positive attitude and demonstrated strength as a quick learner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, or Statistics
Experience with banking rules and regulations
