  • Manager is looking for a more entry level role with someone who can assist with work items -Wants someone who is focused more on project management than training itself, they would like this to be more of an administrative role -Tasks include (but are not limited to): developing reports, tracking requests, managing shared mailbox, & assigning to Cornerstone. - Excel experience is required **Manager has requested a temp who is aligned with the Job Description
  • Education: BA or equivalent experience
  • Must-Have Experience with: Cornerstone (CSOD), good communication skills, advanced excel skills, training project management in pharma 
  • Preferred Experience: learning systems within pharma
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years

Description:
This role will work within the scope of North America Quality Training and Documentation on mandatory GxP training and programs. This position will work the Training team members on training workflows e.g. managing shared mailbox, project tracker, stakeholder communications, and monitoring training completions. In addition, the position will generate reports – audit & inspection reports, oversight reports, monitoring reports, etc. Advanced features in MS Excel will be required to create format reports and stakeholder notifications. This position will complete the coordination and training communication tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs training coordination and training communication tasks:
• Monitor and validate curricula
• Create customized reports and provide compliance reports as requested during audits & inspection, monitoring activities and management oversight using advance features in Excel
•Performance stakeholder notifications using advance features in Excel and MS Publisher
•Monitors incoming training requests from stakeholder for request requirements and timelines. Follow-ups with stakeholder as needed.
• Manage the instructor led course completion process
• Tracks training request for completion via project tracker (MS Team List) and follows-up with team members

Maintains quality standards and a state of audit-readiness
• Monitors training requests completions and escalates any issues
• Maintains training content and all course source information files in state of audit readiness

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
• Expertise in training project coordination in the Pharma Industry
• Accurately uses large data sets to create pivot tables and v-lookups in MS Excel for creating customized reports
• Actively seeks information to find ways to resolve issues/problems in a way that builds rapport and cooperation with those with which the position interacts with
• Accurately follows established procedures for completing work tasks
• Develops and maintains productive customer/team relationships
• Ability to work independently and attention to detail
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and a working knowledge of basic pharmaceutical industry terminology

Nice to have: working knowledge of MS PowerPoint Power BI, Power Automate, MS Editor


REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
Years of Experience in Pharma Industry: 2-4 Years
