Title: Training Coordinator Location: Lake county, IL 60064 Duration: 12 months Working hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Summary:Assists manager in defining training needs for their areas. Works with manager to establish course requirements in training plans. Works with training Management to establish training curriculums. Provides periodic status updates and reports to managers on the training activities of their employees.
Job duties:
Maintains Job Task Analysis (JTA) data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Participates in training audits; assists manager with response.
Establishes good working relationships with client areas and develops an understanding of business needs. Prioritizes own work, balancing multiple requests for assistance.
Accountable for training plan management activities within an assigned area.
Must be organized and able to meet or exceed deadlines.
Ability to present ideas and data to management. Exchanges information with appropriate frequency and within a time frame to maximize its utility and promote cross-functional collaboration; verifies information is understood by recipient.
Erroneous recommendations or failure to obtain outcomes would normally result in project delays
and considerable expenditure of resources.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated customer service orientation. Skilled in using Excel worksheets. Accuracy with data and numbers. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated initiative in resolving client issues. ISO training knowledge or similar program
Education: HS Diploma or higher Experience: 2 to 3 year experience in training coordinatorwith learning
