Job Title: Trainer I/Site Training Coordinator Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension) Location: Philadelphia, PA (19134) Shift: 8 am – 4 pm
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking training facilities/rooms, and catering arrangements
Communicate training calendar, requirements, and expectations to leadership and learners in a clear and timely manner
Maintain training records, including completion forms, evaluations, and feedback, using appropriate tracking systems or software.
Support trainers during training sessions by providing administrative assistance, materials preparation, and technical support as needed
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Monitor effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics
Current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to training and development.
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, PDFs, Excel
Experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
