Job Description

Job Title: Trainer I/Site Training Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (19134)
Shift: 8 am – 4 pm
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking training facilities/rooms, and catering arrangements
  • Communicate training calendar, requirements, and expectations to leadership and learners in a clear and timely manner
  • Maintain training records, including completion forms, evaluations, and feedback, using appropriate tracking systems or software.
  • Support trainers during training sessions by providing administrative assistance, materials preparation, and technical support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to training and development.
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, PDFs, Excel
  • Experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • PowerBI
Education
  • High School Diploma required
  • Preferer Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field
