Job Title: Technical Writer IV Duration: 3+ Months Location Remote

You're a problem solver with excellent people skills who'll write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and/or developer guides; you may also create videos, tutorials, and other user assistance to help customers.

You'll work with teams that are onsite in the United States and whose features interest you. Youll use innovative technical communication tools and Agile methodologies to deliver the best work of your career!
Responsibilities:
Create and update documentation for AgentExchange. Develop, write, edit, and format materials including technical manuals, installation guides, user manuals, and related technical and business process documentation.
When creating, updating, and enhancing the documentation, adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.
SKILLS:
Previous technical writing experience
excellent communication/writing skills
6-8 years experience.

Must Have Skills:
Grade iv tech writer expertise
Including self-directed research
Team and stakeholder collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ai use.
Teachable skills:
Salesforce-specific content tooling.
Optional skills:
Experience with software app stores as an app store team member or software developer.
Experience Range: 5-9 Years of experience Interview: 2 Rounds
