Title: Technical Service Admin Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: 3 weeks Assignment with possible extensions
Position Overview: We are seeking a Technical Service Admin to provide temporary support to the Technical Service team. This role is critical for managing a backlog that resulted from the implementation of a new ERP system. You will work closely with internal teams, handling key administrative tasks like tracking RMAs, updating the ERP system, and processing service invoices. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative, cross-functional team within a leading medical device company.
Key Responsibilities:
Track RMAs and update the ERP database accordingly.
Process service-related invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoicing or technical service records.
Provide administrative support to the Technical Service team, focusing on ensuring smooth workflows and accurate data management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a technical, customer service, or sales administrative role (2 years considered if candidate is a quick learner).
Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience in the medical or medical device industry is a plus.

This position will be part of the Technical Service team, addressing a backlog created by a new ERP system implementation.
The candidate will work onsite in Mountain View, CA, alongside a collaborative team.
