Job Description:
The project management role supports the product development team to achieve successful completion of projects according to a defined roadmap.
This role will be providing support working under a scrum methodology.
NOTE: Preference for a marketing analytics background, but not required or a strong preference if it would prolong the search.

Summary of Day-to-Day Work
Manage day-to-day projects planning and management activities through team standups, project management tooling, project meetings, and eliminate/mitigate risks and blockers.
Initiate, schedule and conduct program & project meetings and follow-ups with engineers, decision science, business engineers, business analysts, and product managers.
Collaborate with teams to create & drive roadmap and related tactical activities against key program/project objectives.
Maintain and execute project tracking documents and communications related to roadmap deliverables.

This role will support the team in delivering standard and centralized reporting for both our Marketing and Decision Scientists aimed at improving brand sentiment for all of client and its Family of Apps as well as improving conversions for our performance marketing brands (Business Messaging, Business Advertising, and Reality Labs).
This team directly aids in delivering business outcomes at a company level.
This role will provide experience working cross functionally with various disciplines (Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, and Decision Science) that also span wide geographical locations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or related fields.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges.
Self-starter with a bias towards action and a passion for driving results.

Typical Day-to-Day in the Role
Helping move the roadmap forward.
Working with different parties on the project.
Identifying road-blocker.
Operational the road map.
Work closely with CWAM to build on vision and to operate with the team.
Running weekly meetings - clarity on the team needs, alignment and progress.
Own the work back plans - be able to make changes when risk happens.
Ensure clarity and consistency in daily operations.
How Will Performance Be Measured?
Being able to provide feedback and be able to make a change. Teams project is a highly ambiguous zero-to-one initiative, so the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and demonstrate agility will be especially important.
