Title: Technical Project Manager - Adobe Workfront platform Location: Seattle, WA (4 days a week on site) Duration: 12 months assignment (possible extension)
Overview:
The Program Manager of our Adobe Workfront platform is our key driver of program results responsible for bringing offline processes online, driving adoption, ensuring reliable reporting and data quality, instituting core Workfront team process and shaping our platform roadmap. This role sits within Integrated Marketing Operations (PMO) and partners closely with MarTech, IT and business stakeholders, to improve how work is planned, executed and measured in Workfront.
This role blends program execution and platform stewardship, with a strong focus on usability, adoption and data reliability to support confident decision making.
Daily Responsibilities:
Will be looking after the Adobe Workfront 360 view, adoption and change management
Understanding the users (Marketing and Digital) and how they’re using the tool, pain points, change management
Will not be building or configuring, but will need to know about benefits and things to help sell the architecture of the tool to users
Acts as center point for the processes, help manage, organize, prioritize, communicate with stakeholders, and plan as needed
Communications, managing up and out, communicate what the team is doing, and how it will benefit everyone, monthly cadence
Data Management, cleaning up and maintaining new steady state (is the data accurate, being handled as needed, are things being adopted as planned)
Adoption & Change Management
Drive adoption of Workfront across marketing and digital teams by improving clarity and usability, supporting onboarding and evolving use cases
Partner with Integrated Marketing Operations and functional leads to embed Workfront into day to day ways of working
Reporting & Insights
Establish and reinforce data quality and governance standards across workflows
Partner with administrators to maintain clean, scalable configurations
Translate stakeholder needs into standardized, reusable reporting solutions
Workfront Team Process
Own and maintain the Adobe Workfront roadmap aligned to business priorities and evolving operational needs
Lead roadmap reviews with core team and inform key stakeholders and technology partners on ongoing basis
Drive prioritization within competing priorities
Drive taxonomy updates to keep pace with org and process changes
Own monthly org communication about Workfront enhancements
Technology requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Workfront (or similar tools)
Smartsheet’s
Degree or certifications required:
Workfront certificates highly preferred (will not need the coding or configuration exp for Workfront)
Change Management certifications (nice to have)
No degrees required
Years’ experience:
5-7 years of experience
Required background:
Understanding work organization, taxonomy, as changes develop
Experience with change management
Understanding scale of volume that the project touches
Experience with larger matrixed organizations
Experience managing a workflow management platform (preferably Workfront)
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with roadmap planning, prioritization, and reporting
Demonstrated ability with process architecture and improvement
Ability to operate across both strategic and operational needs
