Job Description:
Devices Sustainability has an immediate opening for a Technical Program Manager
You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that impact internal customer programs and resources
The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of reliability and scaleability
You will act as a bridge between Devices Sustainability and internal customers that rely on our team. Other responsibilities include defining requirements, planning delivery, designing sustainability resources
The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and influence tradeoffs between business needs versus technical constraints
We are a new, dynamic team within the hardware organization that has a large impact across hardware products and services
You will have the opportunity to make an impact in how sustainability engages across cross-functional teams.
Daily Schedule:
Coordination, tracking updates
Get feedback from Engineering stakeholders – work on Tool Evaluation
Get sustainability resources updated working with the science and engineering team
Years of Experience: 3-5 years industry experience as a Technical Project Manager
Required:
Knowledge in Consumer electronics
Good track record of working effectively with across different groups in the organization
Ability to work the business side of projects to drive deployment and adoption of new products (scalability)
An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills
Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
Excellent written and oral communication
Preferred:
Experience in Sustainability
Experience leading Tool Development
Degree or Certification: An undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering (Preferred)
