Job Description

Job Title: Technical Engineer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Georgetown, KY

Job Description:
  • Role as CW is to support Equipment Planning Group (EPG) with the implementation of Equipment Standards and Specifications such as:
  • Low Viscosity Paint Robot & Circulation Systems
  • High Viscosity Robot & Delivery Systems
  • Bumper Paint Robot & Circulation Systems
  • Other responsibilities will include the following:
Project Planning
  • Knowledge and expertise in Paint Standards (OSHA, PSHSR, ISO/NFPA, CSA, ANSI, etc.) atleast exposure is required.
  • Controls & Software Experience – Nice to have nut not mandatory.
  • Industry 4.0 -New standard for equipping the lines with data monitoring and setting the standards, required for new equipment - Nice to have but not mandatory
  • Fire Safety Standards – Some knowledge would be fine.
  • Code (NEC & NFPA) – National electric codes - Nice to have nut not mandatory.
  • Equipment Procurement and Installation
Requirements:
  • Years of experience:
  • Around 15 years in total experience
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience of given 3 systems in automotive industry would be great.
Education:
  • Bachelors required
Preferred Industry:
  • Construction, Automotive, Military, Electric.
