Job Description

Job Title: Talent Relations Assistant
Job location: Culver City, CA 90232 (Hybrid onsite, Should be near Culver City area)
Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Position Summary: 
  • Assistant supports Talent Relations lead. The position includes administrative duties such as opening Purchase Orders, processing hair/makeup/styling invoices, expense reports and updating the department’s Talent Management Hub. The position also works closely with talent reps for talent travel and glam budgets, works closely with gifting vendors and supports the team around talent gifting, this role also works closely with the PR, Marketing, Events and Eco System teams for talent related events and appearances such as virtual Press Days and Premieres, Marketing initiatives, and requests from teams across Client's Eco System.
Principal Responsibilities: 
  • Administrative duties include Scheduling meetings, talent outreach for travel, glam invoices, expenses.
  • Coordinates talent requests.
  • Handles talent travel arrangements working with travel department. 
  • Drafts lists and grids.
  • Talent Outreach. 
Decision Making/Accountability: 
  • Assistant is able to prioritize talent and executive requests.
  • The position has experience working with talent reps and talent from all genres across series and film titles and understands discretion working with all levels of talent.
  • The position is detail oriented, requires resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills.
