Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Screener II
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote out of Plainsboro
This is a professional talent acquisition screener position. The ideal candidate will have held recent position(s) focused on Recruiting, Sourcing or candidate screening as a specialty.

• Partners with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to provide phone screening support for high-volume positions across multiple business units. Including but not limited to:
o Sales
o Manufacturing & Quality
o Clinical Trial Operations
o Field Medical Affairs
• Reviews candidates in ATS and identifies candidate short-list to share with Lead Recruiter for review.
• Conducts detailed phone screens and provides summary and overall recommendation to Lead Recruiter.
• Uploads phone screen documents into candidate profile in ATS.
• Adheres to the identified recruitment process. Ensure that recruiters are continuously updated on status of openings.
• Ensures Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.

Minimum Requirements
• A Bachelors degree preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience working in pharmaceutical/consumer goods or like industries
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn and utilize an applicant tracking system.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and federal/state legislation.
• Ability to use behavioral interviewing techniques and assessment tools and processes.
