Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Tucker, GA (5 days onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time/Direct-Hire Travel: Up to 25%
Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, maintaining a candidate database, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with hiring managers. This role screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for entry-level, technical, professional, and management positions across the organization, sourcing candidates from internal and external channels, including minority-specific and industry networks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for all positions, from defining requirements and posting positions to onboarding new hires.
Source candidates through networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media databases, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, administer pre-employment tests, perform reference and background checks, schedule drug screens, and coordinate relocation needs.
Extend job offers and negotiate start pay, bonuses, vacation, and other incentives.
Maintain accurate applicant and associate data in the HRIS system and oversee new hire orientation.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans and ensure coordination throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and community colleges; schedule and attend job/career fairs.
Manage relationships with employment agencies and search firms, including negotiating fees.
Maintain all staffing records, including recruiting activity, hiring statistics, and job description maintenance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Conduct training programs for managers to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies.
Support HR leadership and department managers on HR-related matters as needed.
Participate in the development of the annual recruitment budget.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or related field
Experience:
2+ years of direct recruitment experience; additional HR experience is a plus
Equivalent: Associate degree + 4 years direct recruiting, or 6 years direct recruiting experience
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), productivity software, and database management
Experience with various interview methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and fair hiring practices
Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with management and candidates
Multi-tasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities
College recruiting experience preferred
Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Driver’s License
