Job Summary: The client is seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead executive hiring across the Americas while driving the development and standardization of our executive recruiting operating model. This highly visible role serves as the primary point of contact for Director, Senior Director, and Vice President level hiring, partnering closely with business leaders, HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition teams globally. In addition to managing executive searches, this individual will help establish a scalable executive recruitment framework, including processes, documentation, tools, governance, and best practices that create consistency across regions. The successful candidate will bring executive recruiting expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex global matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Search Leadership
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, Senior Director, and Vice President level positions across the Americas.
  • Develop and execute a global executive search strategies that identify and attract top leadership talent.
  • Build robust pipelines of executive candidates through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and talent engagement.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to define search requirements, candidate profiles, and leadership competencies.
  • Deliver an exceptional executive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Executive Recruiting Program Development
  • Design, build, and implement a scalable global executive recruiting framework for the client
  • Establish standardized processes, governance, documentation, tools, templates, and resources to support executive hiring.
  • Create consistent approaches for executive candidate assessment, interview management, stakeholder engagement, and offer development.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for executive recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Continuously improve recruiting operations through process optimization and data-driven recommendations.
Global Collaboration & Matrix Leadership
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters across EMEA and APAC to promote consistency in executive hiring practices.
  • Influence and collaborate across regions without direct reporting authority.
  • Share best practices, frameworks, and market intelligence to support a global executive recruiting strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for executive candidates and key stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Work effectively in a matrixed organization
Internal Mobility & Succession Support
  • Partner with Talent and HR leaders to advance executive-level internal mobility initiatives.
  • Support identification and movement of internal leadership talent.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with significant executive recruiting responsibility.
  • People management experience
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and other executive-level positions.
  • Experience building or enhancing recruiting processes, frameworks, and programs.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed global environment.
  • Experience partnering with Compensation, HR, and senior business stakeholders on executive hiring decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
