Job Title: Supply Planning Analyst Location: San Diego, CA 92130 (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months (Strong potential to convert to Full-Time Employee / FTE)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planning Analyst to join our team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end supply planning activities, managing purchase orders (POs), and collaborating with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

Roles and Responsibilities As a Supply Planning Analyst, your core duties will include:
Supply & Production Planning: Execute daily supply planning activities, maintain accurate production plans, and issue timely forecasts to CMOs.
Order & Inventory Management: Oversee PO management, monitor inventory levels closely, and ensure data accuracy across all tracking sheets.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential supply chain risks or bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors/CMOs to align supply with demand and ensure seamless operations.
Analytics & Reporting: Leverage ERP systems and advanced Excel models to validate data, analyze supply chain metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.
Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree required (Preferred fields: Business, Engineering, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline).
Experience: 2 to 4+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, demand planning, or supply planning.
Technical & Core Skills Required:
ERP Expertise: Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite and NSPB (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting).
Advanced Excel: Robust analytical skills using MS Excel for data validation and modeling.
Supply Planning: Proven track record in core supply planning and inventory management.
Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong Vendor Management and forecasting capabilities.
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and analytics.
