The Acquisition Team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for client.
We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Experiences that grow client’s business, develop and steward the creative vision for Host acquisition and curation initiatives, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted experiences that foster human connection in our shared physical world.
The Difference You Will Make:
The Supply Manager - Talent Sourcing & Acquisition, leads the acquisition of experiences to the platform through the research, curation, and sourcing a of experiences of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts that meet the project’s brief, managing the supply acquisition funnel, and working directly with a team of vendors to deliver month-over-month supply goals globally. This role report into the Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Lead.
This creative, organized and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.
Skills: Project Management:
Manage the development, planning, production and execution of supply acquisition projects, including the development and tracking of timelines, schedules, milestones estimates, budgets and action items across multiple inputs.
Execute on the end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply to ensure successful delivery aligned with the intended vision, scope, timeline and resources for each project.
Industry Awareness:
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in experiences via entertainment and travel industries and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Talent & Supply Sourcing - with direction, source supply and potentially conduct early outreach with experience hosts.
Inclusivity:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders - including senior leadership - providing regular project updates and proactively flagging any issues or blockers.
Lead Meetings - Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, moving forward agendas, meeting notes, and team milestones.
Project Documentation:
Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project briefs, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and status updates.
Provide weekly Project Update - Develop and internally circulate weekly project updates tracking project goals and progress.
Visual Communication - Produce clear and compelling visual communications and presentations, pitches, and updates to senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Inspire and drive collaboration across a diverse array of stakeholders and senior leadership, align goals, exchange ideas, and ensure successful project delivery.
Vendor Management:
Work in partnership to coordinate and manage sourcing, acquisition and production professionals to support in the acquisition of experiences as needed.
Sales Guidance & Training Support for Vendors - Support training methods, questions and needs of vendors to integrate into client’s data tracking systems. Create acquisition and sales guidebooks to maintain on-brand quality acquisition methods and criteria.
Attend Experiences - The best way to improve our supply is to experience it yourself. Please plan to attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.
Education & Experience:
12+ years’ experience overseeing creative development, editorial sourcing, supply acquisition for experiences, including experience in project management, program management, experiential travel or marketing development or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in fields including entertainment design, creative advertising and production, event production, experiential marketing, editorial travel, hospitality creative, or related disciplines
Deep knowledge of industry (travel, entertainment and hospitality) trends relative to experiences, how to assess experience trends and quality design, using multiple platforms, and with multiple stakeholders.
Creative, curatorial eye, and a knack for trendspotting. Proven sharp sense for identifying experiences that represent the current cultural pulse of a city.
Demonstrated experience upholding high quality standards
Experience with management of outside vendors to source and acquire experiential products.
Ability to coordinate, create and drive Schedules, Budgets, scope documents, deliverables and production support needs for projects.
Excellent project management, mentorship, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of inspiring diverse, cross functional project teams to achieve their best work.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships of trust and collaboration across internal and external teams, including a broad spectrum of creative, technical and business discipline.
Understanding of the digital sourcing data processes, and with prior experience collaborating with data sourcing and research, mobile app design, product and interfacing with engineering teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts in compelling terms to audiences at all levels, and articulate creative solutions to complex challenges
Ability to direct and ensure consistently high-quality technical deliverables of a sourcing and production team, including project budgets, resource plans, goal tracking, dashboard creation and tracking, and CRM database management.
Incredible organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with high-level direction
Creativity and innovation:
Ability to think creatively and participate in the generation of unique ideas for novel experiential entertainment and hosted travel concepts
Project management skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize the coordinator and production of multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously end-to-end
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate and summarize complex ideas clearly and compellingly – strong presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
Technical proficiency:
Familiarity with common project management and documentation tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
