Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager IV
Duration: 09 months

Summary:

A successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of program management and forward supply chain processes across multiple functions (including Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment). They will exhibit strong organizational, analytical and team management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and effectively communicate to leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 10 years Background in program management
  • Supply chain.
  • System and implementation projects.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Consumer electronic experience.
  • PM/TM certification preferred: ACP, PROSCI, CIPM, PmP, PgMP, PfMP, CSM, SAFe or similar.
  • PM certificate.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple supply chain programs in parallel, “right-sizing” program management strategies for speed, scale, and seamless implementation (throughout the program cycle: project set up, design, plan, build/ test, implement, stabilize, transition, close, and after action).
  • Develop cross functional project plans, in partnership with business, technology, vendor, and leadership teams.
  • Direct team(s) teams to successfully accomplish activities and key milestones on time with quality.
  • Effectively develop and communicate project status, including risk management, solution options recommendations, and contingency planning to steering committee leadership.
  • Support change management throughout the life of the project including communications, road shows and trainings.
  • Ensure operational readiness through testing and Go/ No Go decision alignment.
  • Lead Go Live, Stabilization and Hypercare communication and facilitate After Action Reviews to improve future programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/ BS Degree in Supply Chain, Program Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management/ Operations Management in supply chain and/ or system deployment.
  • Foundational understanding of supply chain operations including manufacturing, planning, inventory, fulfillment, trade, and vendor/ 3PL management.
  • Experienced in system implementation, including managing design, development, test, go live, and post-go live support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations, negotiations and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to take initiative, manage one’s time and work independently.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback to project team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consumer electronic experience.
  • PM/TM certification preferred: ACP, PROSCI, CIPM, PmP, PgMP, PfMP, CSM, SAFe or similar.
Surrounding team & key projects:
  • This team will support 2 teams: Oracle Transportation Management or other Transportation Management Systems.
  • System implementations across supply chain
  • Manufacturing project management team-e2 PR: a planning system.
