Title: Supply Chain/Logistics Specialist Duration: 12+ months Location: La Verne, CA (100% Onsite)
Job Summary:-
Responsibilities:- - Project/Task Management for the driving of exception resolutions. - Data entry with focus on prioritization to response deadlines. - Complete daily inventory reconciliation between the client and 3PL systems (Investigation sometimes required to ensure alignment)'. - Attend weekly meetings with 3PL and internal trade operations group to ensure operational alignment with agreed upon strategies. - Participate in ensuring Work Instructions and DSCSA documentation align to agreed upon SOW with periodic review and revisions as needed. - Participate and potentially lead daily/weekly meetings to coordinate exception resolution processes and trackers following DSCSA Compliance. - Liase with Quality, Serialization Team, Trade Operations and 3PL Operations to ensure resolution of deviations within agreed upon timelines professional skills/knowledge.
Professional Skills/Knowledge - Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical and Supply Chain environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive manner. - Excellent organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent understanding of ERP systems specifically SAP. - Excellent understanding of MS office. - Understanding of Quality Management and compliance systems within the Pharmaceutical industry. - Ability to initiate, drive, and manage projects to completion. - Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers. - Ability to deal with difficult customer communications. - Ability to work within a dynamic Team environment. - Knowledge of DSCSA regulations around exception management Behaviors. - Resilient profile with the ability to deliver in an ambiguous environment. - Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the objective. - Curious with learning agility. - Operationally excellent. - Organized with systematic approach to prioritization. - Process orientated to achieve the business objective.
