Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain (Operations Lead Analyst)
Duration: 4+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Location: Tennessee Franklin,37067
Shift Timings: First shift with flexible hours (7 am to 9 am EST start time, 8 hours per day)
Training Hours will be the same On-Site Position

Duties:

Supply Chain Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and management of a healthcare supply chain network, performing analysis of supply chain needs, and overseeing the respective ordering, distribution, and invoicing processes. Supply Chain Lead Analyst will report to the Program Management Manager within the Shared Services team of client Home-Based Care. Deliver specific delegated tasks assigned without immediate supervision. Supervise a team of supply chain analysts and resolves non-routine issues. Tasks involve a high degree forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Candidates should have a high-level of proficiency gained through job-related training and work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Support the day-to-day management of key supplier relationships (primarily contracted relationships)
  • Oversee the ordering, distribution, and invoicing for clinical supplies, administrative supplies, and medical devices across multiple departments and cost centers
  • Collect and analyze data to manage inventories seeking to standardize, reduce costs and increase efficiency; clearly communicate and address shortages and overstock with internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled in the setup and performance of software/firmware updates and maintenance for medical devices and other assets
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks, manage workflows, and measure team member’s performance
  • Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Directly receive and distribute supplies and medical devices onsite in Franklin, TN
  • Manage and monitor warehousing and distribution partners across the US
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support functional/regulatory readiness for new supply chain initiatives
  • Assist in the development of regulatory, quality, and performance standards for suppliers and perform audits
  • Host and/or attend meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in the evaluation, development, and maintenance of new supply chain management system(s) and KPI reporting
  • Serve as primary point of contact with accounts payable, procurement, and suppliers to setup invoicing processes and resolve payment issues
  • Lead special projects as identified by Program Management Manager
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines
Non-Negotiable Skills:
  • Supply Chain Experience
    Technical skills to deal with equipment and software
    Proficient creating and dealing with complex reporting

Skills:
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in the healthcare care delivery industry or similar field
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements related to healthcare supply chain and medical device management
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of their work product
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint)
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 5%)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree Prefered
