The IT Logistics team is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and hands-on Supply Chain Analyst to support the implementation of industrial engineering and Lean principles within warehouse operations and global supply chain processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, end-to-end supply chain functions, data analysis methodologies, and supply chain management software. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to implement process improvements, manage projects from initiation through completion, and take ownership of operational enhancements.
Collaborate with operations teams to identify constraints, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions; respond to daily process-related escalations.
Support Process Engineers in developing and deploying new processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase data visibility, and enhance inventory accuracy.
Recommend and implement updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with change-management protocols.
Conduct time studies and analyze resource utilization.
Act as the primary liaison between operations and third-party vendors; track, manage, and follow up on open items and escalations.
Meeting Management: Organize and lead recurring sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and stakeholder awareness of process updates.
Partner with data intelligence teams to build performance dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in supply chain functions within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment.
Strong proficiency in Lean methodologies and a data-driven mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Proven capability to create process flow maps and detailed SOP documentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong skills in process mapping methodologies.
Experience creating visualizations using Tableau or extracting data with SQL.
Background in reverse supply chain operations or IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).
Prior experience in IT logistics.
