Job Title: Student Services Advisor Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033 Duration: 3 months Work hours (hours per week, meal breaks and total hours per week): 37.5 hours per week + 15 minutes (2 paid breaks included) + 30 minutes (unpaid lunch per day) Dress code: Business Casual Parking: Not Covered, self-pay for parking Interview: Standard for the program is 30 minutes via Teams but is based on preference of the Dept
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and follow up with students and faculty Track and send reminders regarding approvals, student progress issues, course information, and other program needs. 2. Maintain and update student records and program data Keep databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools accurate and up to date; generate small data summaries as needed. 3. Support planning and logistics for program events Assist with graduation, workshops, info sessions, and other student-facing events, including scheduling and coordination.
