Description About the Team The Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect the platform from would-be fraudsters. You’ll specifically be focused on creating strategy around New Business Verticals and International Markets. You'll become familiar with the platform’s three primary audiences — Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants — and serve as a key resource for understanding user behavior that may indicate fraud. You'll investigate fraud cases, identify trends, and develop long-term solutions to mitigate risk. Most importantly, you'll help balance delivering the best possible user experience while protecting the platform from bad actors.

Establish the strategy for the company’s approach to fraud, including products, pricing, and initiatives needed to create a market-leading subscription business
Analyze fraud vectors across the platform by conducting end-to-end analyses to identify bad actors and improve the experience for legitimate users
Influence and collaborate across the organization by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
Lead a team of high performers, driving engagement, professional growth, and business results
Improve performance through experimentation by using data-driven decision-making to test and optimize fraud prevention strategies while supporting growth objectives
We're Excited About You Because…
You have 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or a related field
You have experience working in high-growth and/or subscription-based businesses
You have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, achieving goals, and succeeding in team-oriented environments
You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
You are proficient in SQL
You have advanced Excel skills and can maintain complex spreadsheets and models
You have direct people leadership and team management experience
