Job Title: Strategic Pricing and Contracts Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA or Austin TX Duration: 03 Months (possibility to extend or convert into FTE) Shift: 8 AM T0 5 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with field teams to develop pricing proposals and bulk purchase options.
Draft, execute and implement contract documents upon request. • Work within guidelines for contract approval, pricing approval and contract creation. Seek approvals when outside of guidelines.
Possess a sense of urgency and ability to work under customer driven deadlines. This includes the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Owns contract creation from start to finish, utilizing internal and customer templates.
Reviews contract terms and coordinate with Legal and other departments on contract redlines.
Understanding GPO contractual obligations and the impacts they have on various contracting processes and product launches.
Must be able to work in a team environment and with diverse workstyles.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in business, finance or strategic pricing and contracting preferred.
Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized and work under general supervision.
Proficient in the use of Word and PowerPoint and have advanced skills in Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with remote sites & business partners including building relationship with sales personnel to be highly effective.
