We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot,graphql , and Java, with a strong background in banking. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our payment solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. - Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our electronic payment systems.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards and testing methodologies.
Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
Provide technical support and expertise during production incidents and outages.
