The difference you will make:
We are seeking a data-centric, entrepreneurial operator to join our agile Services and Experiences Regulatory Operations team. In this role, you’ll help scale regulatory compliance strategies for a fast-evolving, global landscape—supporting legal, vetting, and business teams to design smarter, more efficient processes.
This is not a traditional regulatory operations job. We value curiosity, learning, and pragmatic innovation. You’ll own compliance programs, align strategy and execution across diverse stakeholders, and present to both cross-functional peers and leadership.
You’re energized by improving how things work, thrive on leveraging data and technology, and can balance being scrappy with polished communication. Ultimately, your work will help the client unlock new business opportunities and maintain trust within our Services and Experiences community.
A typical day:
Serve as a collaborative partner to Legal, Engineering, Supply, Scaled Operations, supporting daily operational needs while identifying opportunities to test and apply improvements to areas including, vendor performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.
Establish and maintain operational rhythms—owning stakeholder management, project tracking, documentation, and process improvement.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate regulatory workflows—leveraging AI and technology to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
Work closely with Policy, Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to align roadmaps and deliver impactful, measurable results.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to explore, test, and implement new tools, including AI-enabled solutions, ensuring successful rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Analyze operational and regulatory risks, identify strategic opportunities, and build reporting and tool infrastructure that supports evolving compliance needs.
Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting front-line teams and documenting best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills:
8+ years of progressive work experience in operations, management consulting, regulatory operations, or project management within dynamic, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments
Experience leading compliance, regulatory, or operational programs at scale, preferably with exposure to cross-functional teams and systems/process innovation
Strong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills (comfortable with SQL, Excel, Looker or similar tools)
Demonstrated ability to translate business and compliance challenges into system and process solutions
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation and change management experience
Deep curiosity and initiative—excited by new technology, AI, and automation tools in the regulatory space
Hands-on, “builder” mindset—comfortable piloting and implementing solutions, not just advising
High attention to detail; ability to manage shifting priorities and thrive in ambiguity
Desirable Skills:
Experience with CRM or workflow tools (Salesforce, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
Exposure to AI-enabled tools in compliance, legal, or operational settings
Background supporting frontline operations teams through tool enablement and process rollout
