The Project Manager will be working with internal IT and refinery subject matter experts as well as business partners and external vendors. The candidate will work with key stakeholders to define the project scope, timelines, objectives and track deliverables, risks/issues and project status.A background showing 8 or more years managing multiple SAP ECC projects covering the below mentioned areas is required and considered key for this role.Managing a multi-disciplinary team across functional work streams including: SAP PM, MM, IM, FI, CO & P2PProven experience managing implementation projects with task/work responsibility shared across multiple system IntegratorsProven experience leading EAM / mobile device implementation projects and/or business process re-engineering projectsPROJECT MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, human resources, communications and integrationIdentify and manage risks / issues and development of mitigation plansLead meetings for status reporting, scheduling, requirements, resource assignments and deliverablesMaintain document control and track project activities and team communicationsPrepare project reports and dashboards as required by the management teamEnsure project repository is built and maintainedDevelop and review project status with project team and create weekly reportsManage outsourced teams (off-site) including vendor engagementsDevelop and publish communications to project teams, management and project stakeholdersProvide guidance on process and deliverables to the project teamLead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notesJOB REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience with project management and all phases of the project lifecycleMinimum 8 years of experience as a project manager, handling large-scaled SAP ECC projects Possess good problem solving and resolution skills and a high level of analytical skillsGood interpersonal skills; effective team player and leaderStrong project planning skills using appropriate PM tools: MS Project, MS Office, etc.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detailFacilitate cross-functional, intra-department, and inter-department communications and cooperationUnderstands Business and System Requirements as they map to a traceability matrix for testingAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAbility to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendanceAbility to take ownership of issues to resolutionAbility to influence others to move to a common goalREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least 8 years experience of refinery industry or SAP IT Project Management experience (PM, MM, IM, P2P, FI, CO)At least 8 years of end to end SAP IT System Development Lifecycle experienceAt least 8 years of experience guiding and facilitating executive level business decisions and performing business analysis in cooperation with SAP clientsEDUCATION LEVEL:A minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related field, or minimum of 12 years experience in a PMO/Project Management function within a Information Technology organization.Project Management Certification Work Schedule Hybrid|2 days onsite
