Must be an expert in Figma (no ramp up time for training in this system).
Do not necessarily need to be a User Researcher, but should have some experience.
Expert in UX Flows, Wire Frames, and taking something all the way from concept to final UI.
Mixed Panel nice to have (data viewing tool).
Must have min of 7 years of experience.
From education standpoint, candidates with a solid base in UX will excel in this role.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have experience using MS Office Suite.
Portfolio is required- looking for proven experience thinking through a problem from beginning to end.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a strong UX background to champion the strategic thinking and to help launch a new product for higher education.
You'll partner closely with content, product, and engineering teams and be responsible for creating new UX based on existing design components and also defining the North Star vision.

Product Designers at clients are embedded within product teams that are deeply collaborative, and each member is directly responsible for the team’s success.
What You'll Do:
Define and create the user flows for full end to end experience
Create high and low fidelity flows & prototypes
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the product development process
Understand and advocate for user needs
Define key metrics to track success and business impact
Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities
Approach an open-ended problem space with vigor and clarity
Think holistically about the user journey and product ecosystem
Guide user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
Be data-driven and iteratively improve the experience
Design for AI-driven teaching and learning experiences
About You:
7+ years product design experience with an online portfolio of relevant design work
Skilled in design at the detail and systems level
Confident communicator who can clearly articulate your process, approach, and rationale to others
Experience working in a collaborative team comprised of other designers, content strategists, product managers, and developers
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at a time,& knowing when to push for polish and when "good enough" is good enough
Prior experience defining and leading user research efforts
Awareness of design trends across web and mobile devices
Understanding the relationship of visual, interaction, and content disciplines
Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with educational content (preferred)
