Job title: Sr Marketing Associate – 100% Remote Duration: 3 months (Possible Extension) Some travel may be required. Role will be a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provide marketing, project management, and administrative support for cardiovascular programs.
Manage project execution and measurement.
Communicate regularly with cross-functional partners in medical, field sales, marketing, advocacy, finance, and corporate communications, as well as external vendors, in order to achieve team goals.
Create new marketing resources and obtain approval through MAC (legal, medical, and regulatory review process).
Assist in planning and execution of meetings, including input, note taking, and follow-up.
Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:
Must be comfortable with all Microsoft Suites, and sharing an HC / pharma background would highly stand out.
Strong attention to detail- both written and verbal.
Communication excellence - written and verbal.
Vendor management.
Open to fresh out of college or returning to the workplace, but candidates must be administrative savvy, self-starters, admin support for marketing (pharma marketing) is a huge plus, looking for some exposure to marketing.
Some level of admin work to the role.
Required skills:
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Project management and/or marketing with vendor management experience
Skilled communicator (both written and verbal) with strong attention to detail and experience drafting memos and stakeholder communications
High degree of comfort with Microsoft Office suite, including OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
Red Flags: Extensive marketing experience. (not looking for brand managers, sr marketing managers)
Preferred skills and experience

Job Details:
Partner with Cardiovascular IMPACT (Igniting Momentum through Policy, Alliances, Communications, and Technology) Marketing team to provide project management, marketing, and operational support for marketing and cross-functional initiatives.
Provide project management support and execution for: LDL-C testing programs – contracting, KPIs, billing, Milestone Month execution and tracking – resources, KPIs, field communications, Quarterly business reviews – gathering KPI data, aligning with partners on metrics, presentation support,
Medical congresses and expert theaters –Sponsorship and contracting submissions (CVENT and C3), budget management, oversight of AccessTCA partnership, KPI reporting, marketing materials, etc.
Creation and submission of MAC pieces, including printed and digital materials, HCP and DTC resources, through work with marketers and execution partners
Operational/administrative support: Coordinate meeting logistics and calendars, ensuring alignment with stakeholder availability and business priorities.
Support execution of in-person workshops, customer visits, and events, including coordination with facilities, catering, etc.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the CV IMPACT cross-functional team, ensuring coordination, prioritization, and timely execution of deliverables.
