Job Title: Senior Content Producer Duration: 12 months Location: Acton, MA OR San Diego, CA (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Content Producer to lead and scale content operations for the UX Content Strategy team, supporting content strategists and technical writers across multiple product experiences.
This role is responsible for operationalizing how content is planned, created, reviewed, governed, and delivered across digital products.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of content operations expertise, program management capabilities, and systems thinking to build scalable processes and enable high-quality content delivery across teams.
Own and evolve end-to-end content production workflows across product teams, from intake and planning through publishing and iteration
Establish and maintain operating models for UX content and technical documentation
Build scalable systems for content intake, prioritization, resourcing, and tracking
Ensure visibility into content work through roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting
Program & Project Leadership
Lead complex, cross-functional content initiatives involving Product, UX, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams
Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to integrate content throughout the product lifecycle
Remove blockers and drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution
Tools, Systems & Infrastructure
Manage and optimize content tools and platforms such as CMS/CCMS systems, Figma, Jira, and Monday.com
Define and implement content governance frameworks, standards, and documentation systems
Content Quality & Governance
Ensure consistency in voice, tone, terminology, and UX writing standards across product experiences
Operationalize review and approval workflows
Maintain systems for content audits, QA, and continuous optimization
Scaling Content Operations
Establish scalable operational processes supporting growing product and team complexity
Create frameworks that maintain consistency while supporting diverse product experiences
Drive clarity around roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional handoffs
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track operational and content performance metrics including throughput, cycle time, quality, and engagement
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Advocate for data-informed decision-making in content and experience design

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience bringing operational clarity to complex and ambiguous environments

Required Skills & Competencies
Deep experience in content operations, content production, or UX operations
Strong program and project management experience across multiple workstreams
Experience with CMS and CCMS platforms (such as MadCap IXIA)
Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, and Monday.com
Understanding of UX writing, technical writing, content design, and product development processes
Experience establishing scalable content governance systems and standards
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in content production, content operations, UX content, or related fields
Experience working within Product, UX, or Digital Experience teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or working within UX teams
Experience building or scaling content operations functions
Background in product-led organizations or complex digital ecosystems
