Day to Day Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the research team to develop data analysis plans for the clinical trial. • Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and outliers. • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate results to the research team. • Work with other team members to interpret data and provide insights to inform decision-making. • Develop and implement data governance to support consistency and shared understanding across the organization. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry developments in continuous glucose monitoring devices. • Collaborate with the research team to identify opportunities for digital transformation in the clinical trial. • Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline data collection, data analysis, and data visualization. • Design and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment, engagement, and retention using digital technologies. • Analyze and interpret data generated from digital solutions to inform decision-making and improve trial outcomes.
Required Skills (top non-negotiables): Intermediate to advanced Python programming skills, including ability to develop, test, and maintain analytics automation Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and data pipeline scheduling. Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including querying, data modeling, and database optimization. Experience developing or integrating APIs using FastAPI.
Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum Case Management Experience – 3+ years
