Job Description

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Client Development Manager to join our growing team in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This department is in a rapid expansion phase and is also hiring in the following cities: San Francisco, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami and Raleigh.

The Sr. Client Development Manager (Sr. CDM) will manage one or several of our national Fortune 500 staffing client engagements within the IT vertical. This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and generating additional revenue and revenue opportunities. The Sr. CDM plays a pivotal role in offering extensive experience and expertise to mentor and guide junior team members.

A Day in the Life:
• Build and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders including Talent Acquisition and Client Hiring Managers, and the MSP teams (if applicable).
• Independently set, manage and follow-up weekly client stakeholder meetings.
• Generate new leads/business/channels at an onsite client engagement level.
• Hit weekly meeting targets and gather heads-up and exclusive positions from the hiring managers.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce.
• Work closely the recruitment teams for optimum account performance.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members.
• Clarify job requirements with client managers, coordinate interviews, gain insight into the interview process, and provide feedback form the managers to the client team.
• Negotiate offers with candidates and clients to maintain maximum margin levels.
• Continually explore new opportunities with clients.
• Perform other duties assigned.

You Proudly Possess:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in IT Staffing
• Minimum two (3) years’ sales experience, within the staffing industry.
• Proven success managing and/or mentoring entry-level sales and/or recruiting individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to establish a robust portfolio of clients through effective relationship-building and strategic sales initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capacity for strategic thought leadership, skillful negotiation, and successful handling of complex scenarios.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with global teams (preferred)
