Job Description

Location: Juncos, PR

SUMMARY
  • Execute on predefined inventory and production strategies. Planning work orders to ensure supply meet predefined inventory targets.
FUNCTIONS
  • Weekly and monthly capacity planning.
  • Support product launches and revisions of products.
  • Represent planning department in short term improvement initiatives, planning and product meetings within Operations.
  • Responsible for planning standard and non-standard production orders.
  • Responsible for short term capacity planning.
  • Inventory management of Finished Goods and intermediates.
  • Management and communication of critical items within internal organization.
  • Material and Production Master Data Management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Master's OR Bachelor’s AND 6 months of directly related work experience OR Associate’s AND 2 years of directly related work experience High school/GED AND 4 years of directly related work experience. 
  • Availability to work administrative shift, non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends. 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • The role of Supply Chain Sr Associate will have responsibilities of deviation (non-conformance) owner.
    The candidate shall have:
    • Experience investigating deviation (non-conformance).
    • Knowledge in Computer and Technology
    • Proficiency in written and Oral Communication
      • Technical writing is a must
    • Critical thinker and problem solver
    • Have attention to detail
    • Research skills
    • Interviewing skills
    • Professionalism
