Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Associate Supplier Governance
Location: Remote *** Manager preference is pacific time zone
Duration: 1 Year
 
Description:
What are the hours/schedule the contractor will be working? 40 hrs – 08:30AM start but due to meetings may be required to start earlier on some occasions.

· What are your non negotiables for candidates? Must have SharePoint and Teams experience.

Successful candidate:
Manager would like an individual who has strong SharePoint, Teams, and Smart Sheets experience, including ownership, maintenance, modifications, and access controls. Attention to detail and quality minded individual, who can make sound judgements and decisions and understands when to escalate.
 
This individual also needs the ability to confidently take detailed meeting minutes and can anticipate expectations and needs for those meetings.
 
Ability to communicate clearly, with limited follow up. Can anticipate next steps. Ability to request guidance when needed. Ability to build relationships within a Global Team. Someone who is proactive. Needs to be able to follow defined timelines and prioritize workload.
 
Purpose of this role is to ensure timely and accurate support and maintenance to R&D SG.
 
Summary
• Support oversight of suppliers through:
o Reviewing recently qualified suppliers for accuracy and consistency across RDSG tools/systems
o Facilitation of supplier governance meetings, as needed
o Support Governance Leads with scheduling meetings and taking minutes, as needed
• Support identification and implementation of best practices from company's functions and therapeutics areas
• Contribute to departmental and cross functional initiatives and special projects as identified by management or business needs
• Manage and maintenance of RDSG tools including but not limited to Smart Sheets, Teams sites, SharePoints, and Power Apps
• Strong IT skills for tools/systems maintenance
Fulfilling Onboarding / offboarding requests of FSP users as part of the Business Support team.

• High attention to detail/reporting accuracy, while also able to focus on the overall problem/solution
• Completes projects and makes decisions with minimal direction and strong ability to develop prioritization and completion timeframes for multiple assignments
• Tolerance of ambiguous situations
• Strong project management skills and leads projects as required
• Provides analyses and recommendations to support decisions by team management
 
Basic qualifications:
Master’s degree OR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR
Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
-Strong IT skills - Teams, SharePoint, Calendar, Outlook
- Meeting minute taking
- Attention to detail
Day to Day Responsibilities:  
Successful candidate will be part of the Business Support team support the Onboarding / Offboarding team with new requests and problem solving, in addition will support Gov Leads in document uploads to Repository, facilitating meetings.
Facilitation of supplier governance meetings
- Support Governance Leads to manager issues related to supplier performance, including date entry & reporting from IMS
- Measure supplier performance - provide feedback to internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Support identification and implementation of best practices from company's functions and therapeutics areas
• Conduct periodic surveys and address pertinent business issues
• Contribute to departmental and cross functional initiatives and special projects as identified by management or business needs
• Manage supplier work orders and purchase orders
- Lifecycle management; SOW negotiations, execution, ongoing budge review, and PO closure
• Support activation/deactivation of supplier staff
