Title: SR ANALYST-Membership (Contract Senior Analyst) Location: Hybrid 255 Technology Park Lake Mary, FL 32746, USA Duration: 12 Months
Note: The job is a hybrid in the Lake Mary, FL office. Will be in office 3 days a week: Tues/Wed + additional day of choice
Job Summary: Responsibilities include creating, updating and maintain accurate customer master information for our clients. Identifying and developing needed process improvements to ensure complete and accurate information is entered into the system. Additionally, this position is responsible to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in the on-boarding of new customer groups; ensuring accuracy within established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to review complex legal agreements and identify needed action items
Works cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended agreements related to customer onboarding
Ownership of all Customer requests for executed agreements
Reviews escalated issues and takes appropriate action to resolve
Assigns incoming requests to team work queue to appropriate representative
Identifies opportunities for process and/or system enhancements
Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements
Provides training and ongoing support to team members; shares knowledge and best practices

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required
Non-negoitable skills:
Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required
Mid-level Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas
Self-starter with extreme attention to detail
Critical Skills:
Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required
Prior experience building relationships with internal customers
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative
