Job Title:Specialist - HR I Duration: 6 Months Location: Merritt Island, FL Shift: Saturday – Wednesday || 8:00 AM – 5: 00 PM
Job Description Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
1+ years of HR or customer support
Experience supporting HR general inquires
Case management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion?
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
2+ years of HR experience
Experience using Workday as a HRIS
Experience with Time & Attendance in Workday is a plus.
Experience using Jira
Schedule:
Workdays: Saturday – Wednesday
Off days: Thursday & Friday
Hours: 8am – 5pm
OT: Scheduled as needed.
