Position Title: Spec, Talent Mobility Work Location: Irvine, CA 92606 Assignment Duration: 6 Months Work Arrangement: Flex (no dedicated workspace, worker onsite as needed)
Position Summary: Consult with management and customers on mobility programs, and developing services and program offerings, to help facilitate all mobility and immigration processes throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess domestic and routine international mobility needs and collaborate with third party vendors in providing cost estimates, communicating overall package and next steps, and providing education for relocations/assignments
Evaluate and assess more complex mobility and immigration issues and provide recommendations on solutions
Partner with stakeholders to identify and drive HR process improvement projects including performing processes gap analysis, doing research, benchmarking and proposing recommendations and solutions
Manage vendor services to ensure services are in keeping with expected service levels, assuring that contracted work is fulfilled, and identifying issues for escalation
Develop content on global mobility processes and provide training to stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 3 Years experience in an HR function for a global corporation or equivalent work experience based on The Organization criteria Required
Experience in mobility/immigration or equivalent work experience based on The Organization criteria Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required.
2-5 years experience required.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite, HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Taleo)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
Substantial knowledge and understanding of global mobility programs and processes
Substantial knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Ability utilize consultative mindset techniques
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Awareness of compliance requirements
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
