Job Title: Software Dev Engineer III
Duration: 09 Months
Location: Remote
 
  • Devices and Services Trust and Security is looking to hire a Software Development Engineer to help us build a serverless data signaling orchestration system.
  • The system will be used to automate requests for data from parties outside
  • Your system will save days of manual effort over the current process. You will be working alongside several other teams as part of this project. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You are expected to document the system and architecture as it is built.
  • You are expected to maintain professionalism under pressure, and able to work independently.
 
Typical Tasks
  • Primary responsibilities will include: developing both the infrastructure-as-code to deploy the application in AWS, as well as the application code itself. Your code will be expected to be monitored for throughput performance, and availability via AWS metrics
  • Acceptable languages for this system include, in order of preference: Python, Golang, Java, Javascript.
 
Qualifications
  • -Other desired technical skills include: CDK / CloudFormation / Terraform, and Linux/UNIX proficiency.
