Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Event Management Modules) Duration: 18-24 month contract Location: Chicago is preferred, but open to Tempe, as well, (MUST be onsite at Chicago or Tempe office 3 days per week)
Project Overview: Looking for Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its ServiceNow Platform Development team.
Must Haves:
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Extensive knowledge and experience working in Event Management module
Contractors Role:
The Senior Developer Architect will lead the ServiceNow Security Operations area to stand up Vulnerability Compliance Configuration and Integration with Security Tools MS ATP, Kenna, Qualys. The Senior Developer will acts as a businesstechnical consultant to other partners and coordinates implementation of new processes and techniques.
Conducts feasibility studies, and defines and designs system requirements for complex data processing and integration projects on the ServiceNow Platform.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in ServiceNow and Senior Developer role
Experience with leading the offshore team maintain communications with onshore team and Manager ServiceNow Development Architecture
Experience ServiceNow Admin Certified ServiceNow Development in Security Operations area ServiceNow Experience with Reports and Dashboard ServiceNow
Experience with Performance Analytics Development experience with Security Tools Integration ServiceNow Developer Certified a Plus
SaaS Experience Cloud Development Experience with web based development languages JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills Ability to explain technical information Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
Positive can do attitude and willingness to lead, teach, and learn Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Proven team player and team builder Analytical and problem solving skills are needed for systems guidance
Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting tasks effectively prioritizes

Tasks responsibilities: The individual should have experience develop solutions that support the ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Portfolio Management PPM, Knowledge, CMDB and Asset Discovery.
The successful candidate will serve as the Point of Contact with the Security Team nd be part of a team responsible for the maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities include the entire software development life cycle: Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development configuration, testing efforts and systems administration.
