Title: Service Representative Duration: 6 months Location: Toronto, ON Schedule: 9-5 EST (Hybrid – two to three days in office - Monday & Tuesday, 2nd week Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
Job Description: The Associate supports banking operations activities related to client account openings, transfers, policy review, and escalation management within a financial institution environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support and facilitate client transfers for advisors moving financial institutions.
Open and set up client accounts.
Follow up on transfers.
Review policies and manage escalations.
Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers.
Must-Haves:
Post-Secondary Education.
2-3+ years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings and transfers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Savvy with technology and data.
Experience in escalations and policy review.
Soft Skills:
Motivated to learn.
Interest in learning platforms.
Previous customer service experience.
Nice-To-Have:
Bilingual - French & English.
