Job Description

Title: Service Officer II
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Toronto ON
Schedule:   Mon- Fri, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM (4 days on site, Friday work from home)


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily email communications while processing non-financial transactions involving highly sensitive client information.
  • Accurately review forms and input critical data across multiple systems, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) within 24–48 hours.
 
Must-Have Hard Skills:
  • 2-4 years financial or banking experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Excel, Word and Outlook.
 
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
 
Nice-To-Have:
  • Excel- Macros
