JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities for the Space and Defense Group You will work a flexible, hybrid schedule at our Gilbert, AZ facility. To qualify for the Talent Acquisition Specialist, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog Bachelors Degree Over five 5 years experience with full cycle recruiting, inclusive of managing a highvolume requisition load. Experience recruiting and hiring in a manufacturing environment. Ability to build strong relationships and enact influence with business partners of all levels. Highly organized, with the ability to act with urgency. Have a resourceful and creative ability to attract talent. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy. Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending townhall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives. Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations. Plan and coordinate onsite company hiring events, represent Moog at local job fairs, and participate in any industryrelated networking events. Proactively source candidates. Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams. Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers. Compose and post attractive job advertisements. Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System Workday. Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
