As a Senior Supply Services Manager, you are responsible for leading & implementing large-scale programs that drive the strategic acquisition and success of the Hosted Services community.
This will will have two primary responsibilities:
Lead key supply acquisition channels for Services; manage and deliver program success for M13
Develop host success and account management function for Services, including host learning and development opportunities (2025)

In this role, you will create, deploy, and monitor key Hosted Services acquisition channels that are critical to our ability to deliver on high quality supply for M13 and beyond.
This supply will be foundational to an entirely new line of business that client is launching.
As a key member of the Hosted Services team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive acquisition strategy, help define what a top-quality Hosted Service is and serve as a steward of these Hosts to help ensure their success.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, is action oriented, and has a deep passion for education, hospitality, and client Hosts.
Core Responsibilities:
Supply Acquisition with agency suppliers:
Partner with agency vendors to ensure we are sourcing and onboarding high quality supply.
Develop vendor training materials, partner with vendor management team to ensure seamless onboarding.
Lead host onboarding education work, ensure hosts are moving through funnel and converting to new active listings.
Manage contract worker reports.
Support with contract negotiation and process as needed
Partnerships:
Ensure supply categories meet our quality standards on client through developing materials in partnership with the Quality Standards team, disseminating information in partnership with Partnerships, and serving as the connective tissue between our partners, partnerships team, business team and operations teams.
Host Success:
Account management of key hosts, reviewing quality learnings and ensuring that hosts are prepared to deliver a 10-star Service.
Partnering with Community team, Host comms team, Business and Analytics team to ensure we’re listening to host feedback, learning from our hosts and operationalizing those learnings at a program level.
Influence hosts to optimize their listings performance through different programs: Implement programs and strategies to encourage Hosts to enhance the performance of their listings on client, improve guest experiences, and maximize their earning potential.
Educational Program Development:
Plan and execute comprehensive educational programs tailored to the needs of client Services Hosts.
Develop a deep understanding of the Host Entrepreneur community, identifying key growth opportunities through extensive data analysis and account management, pain points, and learning preferences.
Skills/Your Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Operations, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in program management, educational content development, account management, operations and / or related role.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage projects to successful completion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex topics into clear and concise messages.
Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Creative thinker and problem solver, capable of generating innovative ideas and solutions.
Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.
Ability to synthesize complex ideas and distill them into simple, digestible concepts that are accessible to a large cross functional audience.
Ability to manage a cross functional team.
People management experience a nice to have.
