Required Skills: • 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Engineering • 5+ years of hands-on experience automating build and release certification tasks as part of DevOps practices and behaviors • 6+ years of hands-on testing experience in Business Process Management workflows • Experienced in QA practices (black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices) • Advanced technical competency in an OOP language C#.NET, Web API, RESTful services. • Acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) or Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using SpecFlow or similar tools. • Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium or other industry leading tool sets and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence), any API testing tools, JMeter, or other industry leading tool sets • Strong experience with distributed multi-tier applications (back end and front-end applications), SQL and No SQL databases • Implementing Page Object Model design pattern using Selenium webdriver for front end UI applications • Team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written) to partner technically with Application Architects, Development, QA/Testing organizations and Business teams • Passion for building solutions through automation, driven by innovation and commitment to lifelong learning • Advanced problem-solving skills including ability to disseminate complex ideas in a simplified fashion • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. • Should be comfortable in a fast-paced customer focused environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques. • Must have effective time management skills and should be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively • Proven ability to work independently requiring minimal review and rework and working with minimal direction from senior colleagues • Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively across organizations and geographic locations
Preferred Skills: • Experience in event driven architecture (RabbitMQ, Kafka, MQTT) is preferred. • Hands on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (SourceTree, Bamboo/GIT, Visual Studio, etc.) • Experience collaborating in teams in a scaled agile framework • Experience working in a closely integrated environment with multiple scrum teams • Experience collaborating on multiple priorities in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment Education and Qualifications • Experience in a regulatory environment (like Banking & Finance or Health care etc.) • Experience in developing or influencing the development of scalable automated framework(s) that orchestrate enterprise level functional and regression testing is preferable. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field from an accredited university or institution.
