Job Title: Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer (Callidus ICM) Location: Remote Duration: 8+ Months
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer (Callidus ICM) to join our team in a hands-on technical role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, reporting, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APM), formerly known as Callidus ICM. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and offshore teams to deliver scalable and high-quality SAP Commissions solutions.
Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
Proven experience delivering SAP APM solutions in complex enterprise environments
Strong experience working in customer-facing and fast-paced delivery environment
Required Skills
SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
SAP APM configuration and implementation
Groovy scripting
SQL / PL-SQL development
SAP APM data integrations and touchpoints

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP APM / SAP Commissions solutions independently
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and SQL queries to support SAP APM functionality
Build, troubleshoot, and maintain SAP APM reports, including Jasper Reports
Support SAP APM integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks
Review and validate large data volumes to ensure system accuracy and performance
Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with functional specifications
Collaborate with offshore teams by providing technical guidance and implementation support
Mentor junior team members and assist in accelerating issue resolution
Work directly with customers to address ad-hoc technical requests and support needs
Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Strong technical expertise in SAP APM / SAP Commissions
Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused environment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, reporting, and documentation
